My professional experience includes roles at organizations such as the Mayo Clinic, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, small private practices, home healthcare services, and telehealth startups.

In 2013, I had the opportunity to reinvent staffing support at a small Endocrinology clinic. Eight years later, I developed a creative nursing strategy to help rebuild an academic clinical department for Pediatric Urology. This led to a vastly different but equally amazing opportunity: leading telehealth clinical operations in Value-Based Care.

These challenging opportunities inspired me to become a consultant in the nursing field, allowing me to pass on the knowledge and experience I've gained to small clinical practices.

Championing interdisciplinary collaboration, advancing clinical outcomes and quality improvement initiatives, increasing patient satisfaction and fostering up-to-date evidence-based nursing practices.

⚕️ I have cared for patients in Telehealth, Complex Pediatric clinics, Critical care and Surgical units, Inpatient Rehab, Home Care settings and numerous Private practices. I have specialized training with complex care coordination and case management. I am familiar with multiple models of care, including Fee-for-Service, Value-Based and International.

🌍 I continue to practice nursing as a Medical Volunteer for multiple organizations including Medical Reserve Corps, Rotary International and Projects Abroad.
